Joining Fees: Family £35, Individual Fee £15, Court Key £4

Non-members; 2 hours at £5 and £10 deposit for key.

If you wish to join the tennis club, please complete the Tennis Membership Form  and forward it to Avril Palmer by email.  The Village Hall now has Kurling equipment

Great news……we now have a Kurling kit in the Hall. Similar to its ‘cousin’ curling, it allows players to play on a flat surface. We have had much fun playing kurlinmg and we hope to set it up on summer evenings in the future. come and join us.

If you’d like to know more about the game, go to the website and have a look at the short video and there you will find more info about it. .

History of the Dennington Sports Club

The Sports Club  was formed in 1955. At that time, a variation of sports were played at different venues around the village. Today, the sports meadow is home to all. The field doubles as a football field in winter months and summer sports when warmer. We have a very active bowls club, a brand new tennis court and badminton is played in the Village Hall sports hall every Monday evening of non-summer months. We also host a children’s playground which has been recently refurbished.

The sports meadow is situated right beside the Village Hall and in conjunction with them, we are able to offer changing room facilities, toilets, a bar area, an indoor sports hall and also an excellent kitchen if foodstuff is required for functions.

If you are interested in hiring the sports field for an event, please contact Doris Dearing on Tel: 01728 638322 or by email.

Dennington Bowls Club
